The Fire Base has 90 LEDs and produces a mesmerizing flicker of fire. It has a built-in Li-Ion rechargeable battery and includes a hand-held remote control and a USB charging cable. This additional Fire Base measures 3.35" in diameter x 4.13" tall and is made of white colored ABS plastic and has a magnetic base allowing it to be attached to metal home decor items like the Wildfire lantern housings . Modes of operation include flickering flame, steady on, fading, and flashing via the power button on the bottom of the fire base and via the included ON/OFF/MODE hand-held remote control. Built-in red and green LEDs indicate the state of charge of the built-in Li-Ion battery. The battery run time is approximately 6-hours on a single charge and can be fully charged in only 3-hours.
