This Luminara Moving Flame window taper candle measures 15/16-inch x 8-inches with an overall height of 13-inches (including the base). The base is permanently attached to the candle and is made of brass, and the candle itself is made of an ivory colored faux wax.. The candles features a 5-hour
timer that can turn it “on†and “off†at the same time every day. The
candle has a 3-position switch on the bottom that turns it “on†and “offâ€
or puts it in the
5-hour timer mode. The candle requires 2 x C batteries (sold separately) which provides approximately 500 hours of

Luminara candles are inspired by technology developed for commercial and entertainment applications, and are the most realistic flameless candles on the market today. Operation
Slide the 3-position switch located on the bottom of the candle to to the appropriate position to turn it "on", "off" or to activate the 5-hour timer mode. When the candle is in the 5-hour mode, it will automatically turn “on†for 5-hours and then turn “off†for 19-hours. The candle will remain “on†for 5-hours from the time that the 5-hour timer mode was activated. The candle will repeat the same daily cycle. The 5-hour timer mode can be deactivated by simply sliding the switch to either the "on" or "off" position.
