This set of 2 LightLi by Liown Moving Flame, 1-inch x 10.5-inch, flameless LED taper candles are made of real ivory colored unscented paraffin wax and feature 5-hour timers that can turn the candles “on†and “off†at the same time every day. These candles have built-in receivers for the optional advanced 5-function hand-held remote control (sold separately). The optional advanced 5-function remote control allows you to control your candle's flame like never before - Bright/Dim, Flicker/Static, Fast/Slow, 4-Stage Timer, (4, 6, 8, 10-Hours) and On/Off. Since these candles are made of real wax, they are recommended for use indoors or outside in cool, shady areas. Optional Advanced 5-Function Remote Control Description
The optional LightLi advanced 5-function remote control will work with any of LightLi's flameless LED candles. Control your flame like never before - bright/dim, flicker/static, fast/slow, 4-stage timer, on/off. Point and shoot control up to 15-feet. One remote can be used with all remote control enabled LightLi flameless candles. A great way to control hard-to-reach candles, and it also protects the wax from handling every time you want to turn the candle “on†and “offâ€. A long-lasting CR2032 3.0V lithium button battery is included.

Operation
Press the push button
switch located on the bottom of the candle to turn it “on†and “offâ€. Press and
hold the push button switch until the candle blinks twice in order to activate the
5-hour timer mode. When the candle is in the 5-hour mode, it will automatically
turn “on†for 5-hours and then turn “off†for 19-hours. The candle will remain
“on†for 5-hours from the time that the 5-hour timer mode was activated. The
candle will repeat the same daily cycle. The 5-hour timer mode can be
deactivated by simply turning the candle “off†by pressing the push button
switch. The candles are remote ready and will
work with the optional advanced 5-function hand-held remote control. The candles will also work with other various hand-held remote controls such as Liown, Luminara, Torchier and Avalon (sold
separately). These other various hand-held remote
controls can only be used to turn the candles “on†and “off†when the candles are in the
“on†mode.
Batteries can be installed by turning the battery cover on the bottom of the candle counter-clockwise and removing the battery cover. Install 2 x AA alkaline batteries making sure they are inserted with the correct polarity. Replace the battery cover by turning the battery cover clockwise. Alkaline batteries are recommended for maximum candle burn time. Lithium batteries can also be used to further extend the candle burn time. .
