I purchased the 4xD Battery Eliminator kit to power my son's new Hotwheel track. The track was burning through Alkaline D batteries like crazy, so I figured I'd give this battery eliminator kit a try.
Initially, the product did not work when it arrived. I contacted support to get some help, and they responded fairly quick. It turns out this kit comes with a 1 amp wall adapter, and some products, such as hot wheel tracks, need extra amps to power.
Support suggested the 3-amp wall adapter, and sent one out to me. After receiving the 3 amp wall adapter, the Hot wheels track performed flawlessly. I'm super pleased with the product and and incredibly happy with the fast and awesome support from the support team. Will definitely be purchasing from the company again as my son's Hot Wheel collection grows.
If you're looking to get this kit for Hot Wheels, make sure to purchase a 3 amp wall adapter as the 1 amp just isn't strong enough for the Hot Wheel track.
