This Luminara Real-Flame Effect pillar candle is made of unscented orange colored paraffin wax. Real-Flame Effect technology flickers across the wax like the sun shining on the Autumn leaves. The candle measures 3-inches x 4.5-inches and has a scalloped top. The candle features a 5-hour timer that can turn it “on” and “off” at the same time every day. The candle also has a built-in receiver for use with the optional hand-held remote control (sold separately). Since this candle is made of real wax, it is recommended for use indoors or outside in cool, shady areas. We also carry plastic candles for use outside in direct sunlight. Uses 2 x AA batteries (sold separately), and a set of alkaline batteries will last about 200-hours.
