This Luminara Real-Flame Effect pillar candle is beautifully embedded with bright red berries melted into the wax and is sure to be the highlight of your autumn and winter decor. Real-Flame Effect technology flickers across the wax like the sun shining on the fallen snow. Display this candle with Christmas wreaths, silver plates, bronze cup and artificial plants for an old-fashioned holiday. The candle measures 3.5-inches x 4,5-inches and has a recessed top. The candle features a 5-hour timer that can turn it “on” and “off” at the same time every day. When the switch is in the “on” position, the hand-held remote-control feature is active. When the candle is in the “timer” mode, it will automatically turn “on” for 5-hours and then turn “off” for 19-hours. The candle will remain “on” for 5-hours from the time that the 3-way switch is placed in the “timer” mode. The candle will repeat the same daily cycle until the timer is reset which is accomplished by sliding the 3-way switch to the “off” position and then back to the “timer” position at the desired “on” time. The candle also has a built-in receiver for use with the optional hand-held remote control (sold separately). Since this candle is made of real wax, it is recommended for use indoors or outside in cool, shady areas. We also carry plastic candles for use outside in direct sunlight. Uses 2 x AA batteries (sold separately), and a set of alkaline batteries will last about 200-hours.
