Thes LightLi by Liown set of 2 votives are made of smooth ivory colored paraffin wax and feature a 5-hour timer that can turn the votives “on” and “off” at the same time every day. Each votive measures 2.0-inches in diameter x 4.0-inches tall. There is a 3-position switch on the bottom of the votives to set the candle's mode - on, off and timer. When each votive is in the “timer” mode, it will automatically turn “on” for 5-hours and then turn “off” for 19-hours. Each votive will remain “on” for 5-hours from the time that the 3-way switch is placed in the “timer” mode. Each votive will repeat the same daily cycle until the timer is reset which is accomplished by sliding the 3-way switch to the “off” position and then back to the “timer” position at the desired “on” time. These votives also have built-in receivers for the optional advanced 5-function hand-held remote control (sold separately). The optional advanced 5-function remote control allows you to control your candle's flame like never before - Bright/Dim, Flicker/Static, Fast/Slow, 4-Stage Timer, (4, 6, 8, 10-Hours) and On/Off. Each votive candle runs on 2 x AA batteries (sold separately). Since these votives are made of real wax, they are recommended for use indoors or in shady areas. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or freezing temperatures. We also carry ABS plastic votives for use outside in direct sunlight.
