This Liown berry branch globe ornament is made of real glass and has a remote ready non-moving flame tealight inside that randomly flickers in brightness to produce a flame-like effect. The glass globe measures 3.5-inches in diameter. The tealight itself measures 1.5-inches in diameter by 1.5-inches tall (2.25-inches to tip of flame) and is made of ivory colored ABS plastic and features a 5-hour timer that can turn the tealight “on” and “off” at the same time every day. The tealight has a built-in receiver for the optional hand-held remote control (sold separately). A 3-position switch on the bottom of the tealight turns it either “on” or “off”, or puts it in the 5-hour timer mode. When the tealight is in the “timer” mode, it will automatically turn “on” for 5-hours and then turn “off” for 19-hours. The tealight will remain “on” for 5-hours from the time that the 3-way switch is placed in the “timer” mode. The tealight will repeat the same daily cycle until the timer is reset which is accomplished by sliding the 3-way switch to the “off” position and then back to the “timer” position at the desired “on” time. Since this tealight is constructed of plastic, it won’t melt in the summer sun or crack in the winter cold; however, we recommend t be kept away from rain and water. The ttealight runs on a 3V, CR2450 lithium button cell battery (included) and will last about 50-hours.
