This Fantastic Craft set of 2 moving flame LED taper candles has real red colored paraffin wax and features an automatic timer that can turn each candle "on" and "off" at the same time every day. The candles measure 0.95" in diameter by 7" in height. There is a push-button switch on the bottom of each candle to turn each candle "on" and "off". Each candle also has a built-in receiver for the included hand-held remote control. The remote control allows you to turn each candle "on" and "off", and it allows you to put each candle in 1 of 2 different timer modes (6-hours "on" and 8-hours "on"). When each candle is put in 1 of these 2 “timer” modes, they will automatically turn “on” for either 6-hours and then turn “off” for 18-hours, or turn "on" for 8-hours and turn "off" for 16-hours. Each candle will remain “on” for the selected amount of time that the corresponding button on the included hand-held remote control is pushed. Each candle will repeat the same daily cycle until the candle is turned "off" and back "on", or the timer is reset by pushing one of the 2 timer buttons again. Since these candles are constructed of real wax, they are recommended for use indoors and away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Each candle uses 1 x AA battery (not included).

Each candle has an internal highly focused LED that shines light upwards through two opposing magnets, making the light move back and forth as it reaches the flameless wick. The result is a flameless light that dances and flickers before your eyes, and a flame effect that looks just like a real candle. Because there is no burning wick, there are no potentially harmful toxins that are emitted which makes these candles perfect solutions for asthma and other respiratory sufferers as well as the environment.
